Now renamed as trinity3, working at IGGalaxy I had the privilege to spearhead the product design team responsible for crafting this cutting-edge, blockchain-powered play-to-earn platform which brings together global gamers and facilitates sponsored and self-organized tournaments across popular titles. My involvement in the project included, in addition to Team Lead, hands-on Service Design architecture, UX, UI, visual design, Design System, and Prototyping.

Objectives

  • As an e-sports platform, members shall benefit from personalized profiles, team features, crypto-wallets, stats, social sharing, leaderboards, live streams, and an NFT marketplace.
     

  • Tournament participants receive guaranteed rewards, including the platform's cryptocurrency, NFTs, and other currencies, deposited into their wallets automatically.
     

  • Achievements and Levels recognize user excellence with a universal XP ranking, game-specific levels, and leaderboards by games, regions, and proficiency levels.

IGGalaxy was meticulously crafted with a foundation in detailed Experience and Service Designs rooted in extensive research.

TOURNAMENTS

The platform's proposition is straightforward: the richer the experience for users. Players can join regional tournaments across dozens of games and earn rewards for participation. Whether they win or lose, free crypto wallets and the proprietary platform tokenomics ensure rewards for all.

LEADERBOARDS

Individual game-based tournament participation is tracked to showcase on various leaderboards, visually representing how players performed among their peers in their region and/or level.

IGGalaxy goes beyond gaming, fostering a dynamic and responsible community.

 

Player profiles with tokenized avatars and stats spark conversations in the lively community. Customizable game and interest configurations enhance personalization for an enriched user experience.

WALLET

Users receive free crypto wallets on IGGalaxy for easy prize distribution. They can receive IGG, the core platform currency, and engage in multiple other cryptocurrencies while owning and trading NFTs.

IG labs, part of our Tokenomics, lets users freeze IGG in capsules, unlocking earnings at maturity. This user-friendly process aligns with our goal of demystifying cryptocurrencies and tokens.

DESIGN SYSTEM

In parallel to the new brand development and immediately after the detailed UI design phase a Design System was built to ensure consistency, scalability and efficiency.

VISUAL DESIGN

Our UX/UI, crafted with a focus on emotions and mental states, incorporates a fresh visual identity. It guides users seamlessly through the functional use cycle and elicits desired reactions at every step of their journey.

FEEDBACK

The launching of IGGalaxy 2.0 triggered a wave of positive feedback from the users of the platform and the beginning of an accelerated expansion of its members base. As the news spread double digits numbers of newcomers were welcomed by the IGGalaxy community.
